The BLH Guarantee

BLH offers a guarantee on every desktop or laptop sold at all of our locations. This guarantee means there will never be a Labor charge to fix a problem with the machine for as long as we can fix or work on it. If your system requires a replacement part due to damage or wear, as long as we have that (used)part in stock, it is included for free. If you need a part that we do not have in stock, or you would prefer a brand new part, we can order it for you at your discretion and cost. Backup fees are still charged accordingly, so always be sure to do your own backups and keep them current if you want to avoid that cost. If you already own a system from us and want to upgrade it, or we cannot fix it any longer due to motherboard damage or age, we always offer a trade-in value towards another system from us.
