Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Storage Policy: Items left without contact for over 90 days will be recycled.
- Warranty: Covers hardware (excluding batteries and accidental damage). Software issues billed separately.
- Data Responsibility: Maintaining your own backups are always recommended. We offer backup services at standard rates.
- Data Recovery: No charge if unsuccessful.
- Estimates: Will contact for costs exceeding initial estimates.
- Expedited Service: 24-hour turnaround time (excluding weekends), with waived fee if we fail to meet this timeline.
- Cosmetic Damage: Not responsible for any cosmetic damage during repairs.
Warranty Specifics:
- In-Stock Parts: Included at no additional cost with any Labor fee or BLH Guarantee. These parts come with a 90-Day warranty from BLH Computers.
- Out-Of-Stock Parts: Parts not in stock are price quoted and ordered at your discretion only. These parts generally come with a 30-Day warranty from the manufacturer.
- Labor: All labor comes with a 30-day warranty.
- Refunds and Returns: Subject to management approval and a 15% restocking fee.
- Software Exclusions: Warranty does not cover 3rd-party software issues.
