  • Flat-Rate Labor: Our flat-rate labor fee is designed to make repairs predictable and affordable. For less intensive jobs, we reserve the right to lower the fee at our discretion.
  • Simple Part Replacements: If all you need is a part replaced, some parts are easier to replace than others. Before starting any work, we provide an estimate to keep you informed.
  • Screen Repair: Just like the simple parts, replacing a laptop screen can vary in complexity. We’ll give you an estimate before we start, ensuring there are no surprises.

By default, data is restored to the original machine. Prefer a portable option? We offer refurbished flash drives upon request.
